Sewage Back-Up in Citrus County

In this job, we received a call stating a sub-pump failed and sewage backed up throughout the entire home. Almost every room in this home was affected by the sewage back up. In cases like these, this kind of water is Catagory 3 water also known as "black water" meaning the water came out of a trap and the water has now been contaminated which in turn can be toxic. Immediate action is highly recommended in situations like this. Most of the time anything "black water" touches needs to be taken out and disposed of in a proper manner.
